Miscarriage due to Motor Vehicle Accident
The Company will reimburse the Insured Person up to
RM1,000 per person per accident for medical expenses
in the event the Insured Person suffers a miscarriage as
a result of a motor vehicle accident, whether as a pedestrian,
passenger, pillion or driver/rider.
This benefit is payable in addition to the expenses paid
under Medical Expenses Benefit and subject to the
submission of original medical bills issued by a qualified
medical practitioner.

Snatch Theft
In the event of a loss or damage to the Insured Person’s
personal effects due to snatch theft, the Company will
reimburse up to RM300 subject to a police report being lodge.
The reimbursable items are replacement fee for NRIC, passport,
driving license, credit/charge cards, access cards for entry to
buildings/parking lots, eye glasses, hand phone, wallets and
purses. Police report must be made within 24 hours of occurrence.

Yes, there are. Police, Army/Military/Navy and Crew Enforcement Officers, Aircraft Testers, Pilots or Crews, Jockeys, Fireman, War Correspondents, Steeplejack, Stevedores, Persons engaged in Demolition of Buildings, Seamen and Sea Fisherman, Persons engaged in Ambulance Services, Oil Rig Workers, Sawyers and Timber Logging Workers, Explosive Handlers, Underground Tunnel and Mine Workers, Divers, Wood Working Machinists, Racing Drivers, Person engaged in Professional Sports Activities and other similar Hazardous Sports Activities or Occupations.

How do I enroll for the policy? |
| |
Just complete the proposal form and send it to us or your friendly insurance Agent for immediate processing. |

When does my cover begin? |
| |
The cover commences upon approval of your proposal form provided that you comply with the Cash Before Cover regulations attached to the plan. |

| 5. |
What are the exclusions under the policy? |
| |
Standard exclusions apply such as war, invasion, civil war, mutiny, self-inflicted injury, pregnancy, childbirth, pre-existing physical or mental defect or infirmity, HIV and AIDS related diseases. Full details are set out in the Policy Document. |

What is the Cashless Hospital Admission Facility benefit under the policy? |
| |
In the event of an accident where hospitalization is required, the Company will facilitate Insured Person’s admission into hospitals in Malaysia listed under its panel by providing the guarantee required by the hospital up to a maximum of RM2,500 subject to terms and conditions set out in the policy.

For an additional premium of RM50, you may top-up the Death and Permanent Disablement benefit under the plans for Class 1 & 2 occupation by RM100,000. However, this optional cover is not eligible for Renewal Bonus and Double Indemnity |

How do I make a claim? |
| |
Please contact the Company or your insurance agent within fourteen (14) days upon sustaining any accident, loss or damage to obtain a claim form. Submit the completed claim form together with all relevant documents to the Company for immediate processing. |

How do I lodge a complaint if I’m not satisfied with the claim services? |
| |
If you are not satisfied with the course of action or decision of the Company, you should try and resolve the complaint with the Company.
If you are still unhappy with the decision of the Company, you may seek Assistance with the Financial Mediation Bureau or Bank Negara's Customer Service Bureau.
