INSURED TO DO
- Give notice of claim to the Insurers immediately;
- Take photographs of the damaged glass;
- Proceed to carry out repair or replacement of the damaged glass;
- Identify the name, address and telephone number of the person who caused the loss/damage (if necessary report to the police) and to take action to seek recovery from the party concerned
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
- Completed Claim Form;
- Incident Report;
- Police report if applicable;
- Photographs depicting the damaged glass;
- Original repair or replacement bill.
