INSURED TO DO
- Ensure all loss/damage are notified to the Insurers within time period of policy condition with full particulars;
- To take all reasonable practical step to reduce or minimize loss/damage;
- To take photographs to preserve evidence of loss/damage;
- To file all evidences to prove the loss/damage to the Insurers upon request;
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
- Completed Claim Form;
- Written Statement of Claim detailing the loss/damaged property;
- Purchase invoices/receipts;
- Repair or replacement invoice(s);
- Photographs depicting the damaged property;
- Statement of the accident/incident of loss/damage by all witness if required;
- Any additional information and documentary evidences as required by Insurers other than the above.
